As an Equipment Availability Analyst, you will work closely with our fleet of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and trucks. Your daily tasks will involve collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as SCADA systems, maintenance logs, and operational reports. By leveraging your expertise in data analysis and your understanding of mining equipment, you will develop actionable insights to improve equipment reliability and availability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment availability and uptime.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track equipment performance metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment downtime and recommend solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment availability data into overall operational planning.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in equipment reliability.
Provide training and support to other team members on equipment performance analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance, or a similar role in the mining industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and other industrial automation tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or a related field is a plus.
