📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily commercial and operational aspects of the store floor, including stock management, merchandising, and sales.
• Ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Train and develop the store team, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Monitor and report on store performance, providing regular updates to the store manager and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the store complies with all relevant regulations and policies, and that health and safety standards are maintained.
• Leverage POS systems like Lightspeed or Retail Pro to track sales, inventory, and customer data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or sports retail sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with retail management software and systems, such as Lightspeed or Retail Pro.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
