📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beers using standard recipes and techniques.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
• Recommend and suggest drinks to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and techniques, including shaking, stirring, and building drinks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and staff effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
