📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with medical professionals to identify healthcare pain points and opportunities for innovation
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform innovation strategies
• Develop and implement innovation roadmaps, aligning with the company's strategic goals
• Work with product development teams to ensure that innovative solutions are feasible and scalable
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovative healthcare solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and healthcare trends
• Present and communicate innovation strategies to stakeholders, including investors and partners
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
• Proven track record of driving innovation in healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
