📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and professional information.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and related documents.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling employee information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or HR setting.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
