📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Assist in the training and development of production staff.,Support the production manager in managing production resources and inventory.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent).,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
