📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial goals are met.,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.,Experience in team management and employee development.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
