📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the skills and knowledge gaps within the organization.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into their respective business functions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
