📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
