Market Bay Pratama is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and timely service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure proper record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Operate cash register and point-of-sale systems effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using cash register and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both in the office and remotely.
