📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports as required.,Assist in inventory management and ordering for clinic supplies.,Handle any cash-related disputes or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or financial roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and financial software.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in accounting or finance preferred.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for healthcare finance.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
