As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.,Handle all cash and non-cash transactions, including insurance claims and patient payments.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hospital policies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Manage the cashiering inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Train and develop junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare facility or financial institution.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and hospital policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cashiering software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is a plus.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
