📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
