📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV fluids and injections.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area, following infection control protocols.,Assist in the delivery of medical services, such as wound care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
