📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and special projects.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing training and development opportunities.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
