Central Shine Pratama is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from planning to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
