Plus Town Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store in Nusa Dua, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing remote store operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
