Triman Farmasi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our operations comply with all environmental regulations and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sustainable workplace, while also driving continuous improvement in our environmental performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations.,Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.,Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including waste management, water usage, and energy consumption.,Lead and mentor the HSE team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks and opportunities.,Ensure that all environmental compliance documentation is up-to-date and readily available for review.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in environmental management and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on environmental compliance.,Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving environmental performance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
