In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements to support business decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
