📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and restock items as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus.
