📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the Platform team.,Lead and manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Platform team.,Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and financial controls to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.,Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,7+ years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and financial analysis.,Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
