📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including manuals, user guides, and other reference materials.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
  • Review and edit technical documents to improve clarity, readability, and consistency.
  • Create and update diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical concepts.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a repository of technical documents and ensure version control.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with version control systems is a plus.
