📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical communication.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Markdown, Confluence, or other technical documentation tools is a plus.
