🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and construction site management.
• Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation and safety, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of lifting equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and hoists.
• Experience with construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
