You'll work closely with our accounting team, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel, to maintain our financial records and support our team's operational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
• Optimize cashflow operations to support the company's financial goals
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements and accounts
• Handle customer invoices and ensure timely collection of payments
• Maintain and update vendor and customer databases

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus
