In this role, you'll be part of a team that prepares and serves delicious meals to our guests, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Based in Bali, you'll have the opportunity to work in one of our beautiful locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily production targets.
• Stay updated on menu changes and new recipes, adapting quickly to new challenges.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring meals are served promptly and to the satisfaction of our guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
