📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents and reports between Indonesian and Mandarin
• Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings with Chinese suppliers and partners
• Provide cultural insights and context to facilitate effective communication
• Draft and edit documents to ensure clarity and accuracy in both languages
• Support the Factory Manager in managing relationships with Chinese stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations for Chinese clients
• Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
• Maintain and update the company's bilingual documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong command of both spoken and written language
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, International Relations, or a similar discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bilingual support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with translation software, such as Trados or MemoQ, is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
