Civil Engineering Supervisor (Site Project)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. You will ensure that all projects adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures. Additionally, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public buildings.
• Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to construction management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote sites as required.
